Outshine brings the Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture year to life throughout the city

Oulu2026 will bring over 1,000 events and an estimated 2.5 million visitors to the city. Outshine’s digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens enable timely, responsive, and visually striking communication, bringing the content of the European Capital of Culture year directly to the people.
